Exercise of the Month - Passive Lumbar Extension

This is a great exercise for developing mobility into extension in those clients with flat lumbar curves. Unlike McKenzie extensions, this exercise can be self managed to find the optimum degree of pressure and then fully relax into the position with support. If your aim is to help centralise a disc then we couldn't recommend this enough.
